Adobe product, AIR (Adobe Integrated Runtime) run on Windows platform, you can download it here free then install it on your PC.
AIR work with 3 basic components to process data from desktop and internet, Webkit function as HTML engine, Flash engine which look alike Flash player and SQL lite.
The interesting points are AIR no need to input entry into Windows registry and not using Windows library, so even when you uninstall AIR, there's no effect to Windows.
